    I recently got a series x. However, when I launch a game or close a game it gives me a black screen for a second or so. I tried a few things but nothing has worked.

    Turning off auto HDR worked thank you. But what would that mean for HDR like would I have to individually turn it on?

    Hi Brztt, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Kindly try a different TV to check if the same issue will occur.

    Also, kindly try to turn off the Auto HDR.

    Profile & system > Settings > General > TV & display options > Video modes > Auto HDR.

    When I launch the app. Nothing appears. It's blocked on a black screen and when I wait the app close. And I can't launch the app. It's bugged.

    it just launches opens a black window for the game sometimes black screens the monitor like its trying to launch then it just closes out with no error messages or anything. then when you try to launch it again it says previous launch was unsuccessful would
    you like to start in safe mode and it doesn't matter what option i click it does the same thing every time. it doesn't cause my pc to restart or cause any issues to my system it just wont let the game launch.
