Black screen when I turn my Xbox on

So for whatever reason my Xbox one only goes to a black screen when I turn it on now. If I restart it then it shows the green load screen thing and then a black screen. If I switch the hdmi cord, black screen. If I use a different tv, black screen. If I eject the disk, unplug the power and wait five minutes, plug it back in and press and hold the eject and power button, you guessed it, black screen. The only thing that will ever show up is if I press and hold the controllers power button and then the options for that shows up, nothing else ever happens. My Xbox one is rather old (7 or so years I think) so maybe it’s a hardware issue? I don’t know how it’s happening let alone how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

When turning on my tv, I have a blue screen which says no signal (this is normal) but when I turn my xbox on, it flicks between this blue screen and a black screen really quick

No it does not turn the screen black but one time I was playing fortnite and then suddenly my screen turned black and I had to turn of my xbox. P.S. I liked your joke!

I Have treid your fix for an hour with no success, what else can I do. NO Xbox startup menu appeared. is there anything else i can do?

Yeah, I have the same problem. I get the green startup screen, but then nothing. Can't even do a factory reset because I can't see anything!

This is definitely not a solution to this problem. I’ve tried every trouble shooting solution that’s been offered recently and absolutely none of them have fixed the problem. There is no prompted hard reset menu that pops up. I’ve tried this for hours. Following the steps exactly. I’ve done the graphics reset, attempted the hard reset, tried different HDMI cables, ports, different TV, with and without Ethernet connection, all reset procedures. Nothing is working.
