    Black Screen when I launch Anthem


    Hey. I posted on here a few weeks ago during the Anthem open beta when I had problems. The early release has started and I have downloaded the game and I still black screen when I launch. This only happens when I try to play Anthem. I have tried my other
    apps such as Twitch and Netflix and HBO Now; those all work properly. The only issue is when I launch Anthem the screen goes black and nothing happens. I have tried unplugging it from the wall and resetting it but I have not had any luck with those fixing
    my problem. Please help.

    I ended up having to take the Xbox back and exchange it. I bought it 2 weeks ago specifically to play Anthem in 4K. It didn't work for the open beta and it didn't work for the early release. I exchanged the system at Gamestop, and the new one works just
    fine. Thanks for everyone offering help.

    Hey there. When I have this happen to me with games or apps I usually delete hard reset and then re-install. Hope you get back to gaming soon!
