Black Screen when gaming in full screen

Whenever I play any games and go fullscreen, my screen will just go black, and will stay that way till I alt tab or hit windows. When I close the game out of that, my screen glitches but returns to normal after a couple seconds. If I manage to get out of the screen and open another window, everything looks slightly grainy(numbers are pixelated, looks bad). The apps/games are application files so I cant do the whole disable Fullscreen optimization thing. I have already tried reinstalling graphics drivers, restarting, redownloading the applications, nothing seems to work. I also have a crash report from the app, but I don't know what any of it means. These crash reports come up whenever I open the app in full screen then close it. Here it is:
