Black Screen Unable to Sign in

Hello Justin,

Try to reset the Xbox app:

Click Start and click Settings.

Select System.

Select Apps & features.

Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.

Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.

It will get rid of your sign in preference and any other setting you have already set in the app but it should fix it.

I was having the same trouble. The new screen is white for me. Normally it is black. I went offline in the network setting on Xbox, then went back online. Tried to start a game, and it asked for me to sign in, and the screen has turned back to the normal
black screen and I signed in fine. But this has happened to me with the white screen for the last few days. I am in the UK. Hope this helps and you can get signed in.

I'm unable to sign in or download profile 6pm PST I was at the tower in Destiny. and signed out of Xbox live appeared on screen .

Today I have the same problem, black screen after the green screen and I'm unable to do anything except restarting the console or shut it of. I guess I will try the factory reset in the troubleshooting menu.
