black screen, system halt, game crash

Hi, all.

I've just bought my machine for 5 days.

It kept on crashing nearly everyday, before and during the game.

Sometime, the game just stopped at start screen; some times, certain tracks of sound was lost; sometimes, the CG in between scene progressed in frames....

I've tried restarting it, re-install games, even format it into default setting and start over again..

but the problem is still there...

any of you experienced the same?

Black Screen Game Crash!

Hi,

I have a problem with my xbox one game. I have a problem that when i try to lauch the game it shows the game title screen for like 10 seconds then the screen goes black for around 15 seconds and throws me back to the menu screen i tried restarting the xbox
and clearing the cache. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Hi bigbrotherking ! Have you updated your console to the latest OS version ? To check if it's up to date, follow the instructions on this page :

support.xbox.com/.../system-update-operating-system.

If everything is alright, I think you have tried all the standard troubleshooting steps. You may sa contact directly the Xbox Support here to eventualy have your unit replaced :
support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.

I would try updating it again today, if still failed, I would call up for replacement.

I really hope this fixes the black hole glitch. The wording is a little weird and there's other black screen crash issues out there. People on BSN are holding their breath though. Thanks for the heads up Arkham I kinda gave up checking.

I have 2 Limited Edition consoles and they both crash every few hours.However certain games will crash the systems more than others.Both of my consoles crash when I'm starting a game.My tv screen will go black like it generally does when games are loading
but mine will stay that way until I restart my console.I guess its normal..

As the system will not allow me to get in as it keeps crashing after doing the Xbox screen, that option is not available to get to

Third time i tried with the Xbox repowering up, the green screen changed to the black screen with the screeching sound before it got to the sign in screen

With this new update that came down, is there any issues that are being found? I found an update for the October 19th 2022 issues that sound like it is similar yet not about the system crashing
