    I am having problems so the TV does not recognize the Xbox. I can not play because of this problem, besides not recognizing when it ends up recognizing that it is black screen

    Xbox not getting a signal

    So my issue is my xbox is displaying the message that the signal to the tv box was lost. But it has been working all day. We just turned it off, left and came home and it's not recognizing it. But if we turn the tv receiver off it goes black but will say
    the channel and show that was on at the top of the screen.

    Stuck at the initial green XBOX screen

    I turned my rebooted the system because I thought it was frozen and now all I get is a black screen. My tv recognizes the xbox but it just goes straight to a blank screen and then nothing. Is there any way to reset it???

    Also, sorry, but can you clarify what it is you DO see? You say there aren't error messages, but is it a black screen? Or only 1080p displaying? I'm guessing that it's showing on screen, but the TV is only recognizing that it's a 1080 signal?

    The same happened to me

    the BIND button and any other button - doesn't help

    still black screen and the HDMI input is not recognized by my TV.

    ALL happened after I updated the system with the latest update

    Xbox one tv stopped working.

    I'm currently having a similar problem and had the previous problem that the the other people are talking about. Before the update my xbox ran the tv app fine, though every now and then i had to a hard turn off to boot it up cause i would just get a black
    screen. Now since the update i have this issue where when i go to the tv app its stuck on one channel. The xbox recognizes the tv but doesn't recognize my box to change the channel, but recognizes it enough to show picture. I've tried resetting the settings
    on the device and i've done a hard shut off multiple times. Any help with this would be helpful.
