    Dear gamers. After a failure due to an update of my xbox console, it was left with the black screen, as mentioned on the official page. but also this was restored to factory values deleting my accounts and games. They have not yet given me support to recover my account, which was only used in this device, and of which I do not remember, other than the password. If you can help me identify which account was linked to my gametag, I would appreciate it. Cheers,
