black screen on start up

Same Problem. A reset don't work

they are working on it, im sure. we all just need to be patient. these things happen. everyone either forgets or doesnt know about playstations many issues over the years. many of them were far worse including a nearly monthlong outage of psn. just
allow them some leniency and all will be well.

Ya this is something to do with the network. I unplugged my ethernet cord from my xboxone and did a hard restart and it work fine, the I plug the ethernet cord in and boom it goes black again, so im guessing there some kind of issue on there end its not
the xboxone console themselves! hope this helps everyone a bit and hope this is fixed asap! just wanted to get online and play some games and chl-out hahaha!

Relax. Xbox servers are having issues right now due to the extreme cold weather across the U.S

xbox is working on this issue and hopefully resolved soon.

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue trying to start up your console.

Unfortunately, if the steps outlined in our
Xbox One System Update Solution doesn't work, and your Xbox will straight up not show anything after changing TVs and HDMIs, then it is almost certainly in need of service.

We do have options to get it repaired though, and you can always start this process either through

Device support or by visiting
customer support and having an agent help you out.
