    Okay so I having this issue in and about the time the app updated. Most of the channels work fine with the exception of Disney XD HD. I can access all the others save that channel. It's just a black screen, and I can't move a channel up or down, I gotta
    exit out of the channel before anything will work again. I did check to see if it was part of our service on one of our boxes and the channel is part of our service. I have deleted and reinstalled the Fios app from my 360. I tried looking all over the web
    and exhausted my search with no information as to why this is happening and how to fix, though I suspect it has something to do with the app update. If anyone could help or at least let me know I am not alone in this, it would be appreciated.

    Oscars? Can we see them live?

    Sure you could if you have the Fios app and the Oscars was being broadcast on one of the channels Fios offers

  3. Verizon FIOS apps not working properly.

    I am having a recurring issue with the Verizon Fios app on both my Xbox One and 360. The app can no longer stream.

    You enter the app, select your channel, and expect to watch it. Instead, the video will play anywhere from a minute to five minutes only to show a red circle. Ths is usually followed by the prompt "We can not show this channel now. Try again later."

    None of the other streaming apps I use (Xbox, Amazon, etc) have any hiccups. And, since the same scenerio occurs on my 360, I am confident the problem is confined to the Verizon app.

  5. It has been two weeks since I last posted and the fact remains. That is the only channel affected.

    I would recommend getting in contact with your FiOS provider for better troubleshooting.

    Am having the same issue, I wonder if channels are being removed. When I go to the Xbox verizon site it now only shows like 11 channels they provide. Anyone else having the problem or can verify?
