black screen on remote play xbox series s to windows

so, I have started to use umpc (gpd win max, aya neo, onexplayer).

If u dont know what is umpc, it's ultra mini pc (or something like that), it just means like mini notebook. So it's a small notebook (about 7-8 inch) with windows os, and powerful processor/ram/etc because it's made for gaming.

so I like to remote play xbox to my umpc,

I recently found that xbox app remote play would go black screen at all on all my amd devices. Yes, I believe this is a problem with amd devices.

Before u give me troubleshooting about my xbox, etc, pls know that I can remote play to my xbox just fine from my android tablet, I could remote play to it from my gpd win max (i5-1135g7),

and I could remote play to it from my amd devices (aya neo amd ryzen 5 4500U and onexplayer amd ryzen 7 4800U) IF I used bluestack (means that I emulate android to my amd devices, and run xbox remote play from inside). Problem is, with this way, the rumble function would not activate. It's so bland now to play games without the rumble function of my devices. Seems like bluestack wont emulate it.

back to the problem, so from my amd devices, if I tried to remote play from xbox app, the app would go black screen directly

NO, it's not the case where there's the ship going to the right and then the screen goes black (this usually just means u have to turn on ur tv first. I know this problem and it hasnt gone away till now. it's annoying but easily solved).

But here, after pressing to remote, the screen directly goes black screen (no ship goes to the right at all). It would just stay like that for a long time, so if I end it, it would asked to quit game or quit app).

I have tried to reinstall (terminate,repair, reset) xbox app and make sure some services running (like what I found on some answers in forum), I have remote xbox console from the xbox app and add it again, etc. All didnt help.

and because I could remote to my xbox console from my android tablets and from my gpd win max (and could even from my amd devices IF I used bluestacks), so I could confirm that I have set my xbox console and my network just right for remote play and there should be no problem.

oh yeah, my xbox is xbox series s, and that's why I have to use xbox app and could not use xbox console companion as it could only remote play to xbox one.

So, this only happened with remote play xbox to windows with amd devices. I have actually found this problem few months ago, but I only just now could pinpoint the source of the problem. Microsoft, please help fix this.
