    Black screen on my xbox


    When I finish the last update, my xbox one display a black screen. When i press the main controler button, the screen cleared and returns black. I already have unplug and plug the HDMI and the general cables but nothing change.

    Then I have an idea : start a game with the CD, it works ! But... when I need to connect me to a account for play this game I press the button for continue but... again the interface doesn't work. I can't do anything apart from staying in the game menu or
    in the black screen.

    What's happen ? What I have to do ? Microsoft, please help me.

    Issues with Xbox Live

    My screen is all black last I tried to turn on my Xbox to watch some TV, I'm guessing Xbox Live is the reason? I can't even see the home screen, just a black screen. It's weird cause the green popup signed me in when I was in front of Kinect and I use my voice but outside of the green popups I've got nothing but a black screen.

    My xbox one is frozen on a black screen and a small picture of minecraft.

    My xbox froze last night on a black screen with just a tiny screen of minecraft.

    If you are in the Xbox Insider program then this is a known issue and being investigated at the moment.

    No Guide or Home Screen

    If you're on an Xbox One console and experiencing a
    blank screen     upon start-up, please try those steps.

    I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 Xbox App, tried everything that people said here, but still black screen after the spaceship. Streaming works fine on my iPhone. Something curious is that even if its a black screen I can still hear the xbox sounds and games, but only the black screen is the issue...
