Black Screen on Console Remote Play PC

I'm glad remote play is finally available on PC, unfortunately, when I connect to my Xbox Series X console, I keep seeing a black screen. I've waited so long for Microsoft to add remote play on the PC version of the app, only to find that there is a black screen every time I connect to the console. I tried restarting my PC, but that didn't solve the issue. If there is a fix, I would much appreciate it.

Type ''Xbox'' in Windows bar>right mouse button and go to apps settings, click ''terminate, repair and restore'' Then try again. If the problem persists, please reinstall the app.

Please, follow these steps: Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now. Then, try using the Microsoft Edge browser: https://www.xbox.com/play/ In case it still does not work, try accessing the site using the browser's InPrivate mode. To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window". You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard. Another option is to install the Xbox PC App and try it from there: https://www.xbox.com/apps/xbox-app-for-pc I hope this helps.

Hello Rodrigo, I've tried all the options you given me I tried the browser one the game I wanna play doesn't support could gaming nor do I have game-pass sadly. I did the reset all networks didn't work, and I download the xbox app from the link you provided and still didn't help is there anything else that could help me or am I just not gonna be able to remote play off my desktop/laptop?

Please, follow these steps:

Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.

Then, try using the Microsoft Edge browser:

In case it still does not work, try accessing the site using the browser's InPrivate mode.

To use InPrivate mode on Microsoft Edge, click the three dots on the top right of the screen and select "New InPrivate Window".

You can also press CTRL+SHIFT+N keys together on your keyboard.

Another option is to install the Xbox PC App and try it from there:

Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened
