    I did what u asked & i think i did it right bcuz my xbox restarted also i can hear sounds too (bcuz AV Cable is plugged in with HDMI-DVI Cable, that way i can hear audio) so that helped but still no screen. I also tried the Y+RT reset settings method & that
    restarted my xbox too but still BLANK. What do i do now?

    Try holding the Y+RT button combination, then powering down and powering up the machine, all while holding the button combination for 3 minutes, including through continued automatic system reboots.

    Also, could you check if your TV runs at a higher hd setting than your monitor. Might be that the xbox is sending out a picture that the monitor doesn't support.

    In the beginning my monitor use to display this message "Out Of Range" but now all i can see is red light.

    Try this button combination

    1) Turn Xbox on

    2) Press Up

    3) Press Right 6 times

    4) Press Down

    5) Press A 4 times

    6) Press Up 2 times

    7) Press A 2 times

    This should change the screen resolution to a lower setting.

    I guess as a last resort is to do a full reset on the xbox, just make sure you back up all your data as it will be lost afterwards.

    Sorry for the delay in replying, I have been looking at the process to turn display discovery on without seeing it on a screen, so going in blind as such and have come up with this process:

    1) Turn Xbox on

    2) Press Up

    3) Press Right 6 times

    4) Press Down

    5) Press A three times

    6) Press Down 4 times

    7) Press A

    8) Press Up

    9) Press A

    This process should turn the discovery display to enabled.

    I would say to use the D pad rather than the stick for directions and don't press the A button quickly so the system can register the button press.

    Give that a try and let me know the outcome.
