Black Screen of Death

Hello Xbox Support Forum i have a few issues with my box ever since i tried to install Sunset Overdrive on of which is the infamous black screen of death. Usually the black screen goes away when some game installation stops but since that installation cannot
stop the black screen is permanent. I have tried multiple solutions such as Holding down the power button to reboot it, Unplugging the power supply waiting 5 mins then boot it back up, factory rest with usb but for some reason it dont want to read my USB.

I was hoping if anybody on the forum know a way to work around this issue i've been stuck on the screen for 20+ mins, im a little frustrated cause to think they would release updates with bugs on it that will interfere with installing games. But anyway thank
you for your time reading this i just hope this issue gets patched right away cause this will brick your console if you're like me.

BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH

it's cached all in the hhd have both dlc and it only freezes on a certain point .

try to finish up my dark brother hood quest but i can't seen to get pass the screen of death

the mission is called Death Incarnate , i'm on the part wher u have to get in to the coffin , as soon as i get in and the night lady finish talking it goes blank and stays blank

no screen shot no noise nothing but the black screen of death every time

so far i clear cached

re-download the game and updates

clearing cache worked
