    Okay so I have a day one edition console that had been in the insider/preview program since the week it launched until a few months ago when I left due to my console always bricking and needed factory reset. Now I have the black screen of death, which I've had once before but I canny remember for the life of me what OSU file I needed to download. My OS Build is; 19041.3773.amd64fre.vb_release_dev_2008.200819-0000

    I know I need to download an OSU file from the Xbox website to offline update, but which file am I supposed to use? As none of the ones they have listed match mine.

    I also posted a picture of my troubleshoot screen on my profile if you need to see it. The console brings up the troubleshoot screen after about 10 mins of blackness lol

    It's bricked. Send in for repair £90 GBP and a 90 day warranty comes with that as well. I've attempted to ask Microsoft for a OTA repair using the emergency update but the led from Green screen of death to a black screen of death. This occurred to me after
    a update from Microsoft which glitched out my Xbox and Microsoft are not taking any responsibility for it. I would suggest anyone who has this issue to file a complaint.

    Never buying another Xbox

    Microsoft should man up and fix my x1 or replace it since the latest update bricked it. It's stuck in the black screen of death.. or the new red ring only this time we can't even hope to repair it ourselves. Just pay 100 bucks and Microsoft will fix it.....
