Black Screen loading game?

Hi, I'd like help as soon as possible because I just had an incredible mood swing after this happened and I pray to whatever forces there are that this can be fixed easily. I searched forums for similar problems, but they didn't sound quite right to me.

I just got a new game (Persona 4 Arena) and I was able to play it perfectly fine first time through. In the middle of the game, my dog came and rocked the xbox, causing it to make crazy noises and the disc tray look like it was shaking. I quickly shut off
my xbox, and after a few moments I turned it on again. My xbox is able to read the disc but it wont play it - it sends me to a black screen. I haven't touched my xbox in a while, so there is no warranty on it, but it did work perfectly fine. It can run my
Assassins Creed and Kinect games perfectly fine, but just for P4A it sends me to this screen of hell. It's been about 10 minutes, and I'm still blacked out. The disc looks perfectly fine (not an expert, but I mean still looks new. No scratches, nada). Please
tell me there's a way to fix it. P4A was a gift, and I was so happy until my dog merrily walked in and ruined my life.

Update Black screen

After update xbox one will get stuck on a black screen and xbox loading screen.

 

CoD Ghosts Won't Load

The game starts and the loading screen with the ghost soldier's turns black, like the loading is finished, but the stays black and never changes. My game won't load.

I have just tried this out, and I'm a little surprised. It says there is no storage device available. I can access my xbox's internal hard drive through the dashboard, but once I try to install it can't find anything. I don't have an external hard drive
to put in. Any other suggestions? :c
