    Black screen issues


    Ive done all the standars BSoD protocols. Nothing has worked. When I log in, it will come up with the little red welcome box but everything else is blank. Ive verified the fan is running like it is supposed to. What can i do? Im about to take the system
    apart and look for any damage inside.

    Didn't work. I've set it up for service and will be sending it in soon. If anyone else has any suggestions I'll try them.

    Power off the console and reset it. Ensure ALL cables are removed from the console for at least thirty minutes. If, upon powering up the console afterwards, the co sole does the same, a service is required.

    I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 Xbox App, tried everything that people said here, but still black screen after the spaceship. Streaming works fine on my iPhone. Something curious is that even if its a black screen I can still hear the xbox sounds and games, but only the black screen is the issue...

    I just posted a reply to another thread about this same issue. Black screen and screen freezing. I found if you remove the Hard Drive, DVD movies work without the black screen or freezing.
