    Hello, I bought an xbox one x special edition gears of war 5, the video game was working perfectly, until the video game constantly appears in apps and games a black screen, I have to change
    the hdmi outputs of my TV every time normal, or I have to turn it on and off, I never dropped or broke anything, I've already changed the hdmi cable, my TV is 4k and recognizes all resolutions, but when I'm watching youtube, the screen goes black so I have
    to turn it on and turn off tv to work, I was wondering if there is any solution for that.

    I don't mean to be disrespectful, but I really do feel that you didn't fully read my post...

    I've tried everything in that link, and I'm very worried that any further replacement will fall prey to the same issue.

    Could it be the power cable the device came with? Is there somewhere that an official replacement can be purchased?

    Is it possible that the TV could do this to the console, bearing in mind that the device doesn't work on other TVs now either?
