Black screen instead of the home screen but I can access some features

I have a problem, the home screen of my xbox one does not want to be displayed. But the green screen appears correctly and I can also open "small menu" by pressing the button Xbox of the controller and I can also launch some game I have in cd by putting
them in the Xbox. The problem is that I do not have access to my dematerialized games and other functions than the home screen gives me access.

First thing's first, perform a
power cycle on your console, and see if it helps.

Are you on preview updates? You'll want to check if this problem happens with others on the same build on the appropriate subforum (private Insider forum).

While waiting for them to come out with a fix officially, I would like to say that this happened to me as well. You can try the steps below which managed to fix my blank or black home screen issue to see if it fixes yours as well. I have the original
Xbox One.

1. Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.

2. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

3. Wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

4. Press and hold the BIND button and the EJECT button, and then press the Xbox power button on the console.

Your system should boot up to your normal Home screen. Please advise if this has resolved your problem. If it doesn't work the first time try one more time before you give up.

After a few hours with this bug, I noticed that the majority of my CD games could not get started. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

You start the Console, see the green loading screen which transists to a Black Screen and then stays black?

If thats the Case take a look into this guide: Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates and select "Troubleshoot system error->Your Console->Startup
issue->Blackscreen"

and follow the steps shown there.

It is a little more complicated than that. After the green screen, there is hello and then black screen, the only thing I can do is to display the "small menu" by holding the Xbox logo of the controller.As for the update I followed the steps but
an error message appeared a few seconds after the start of the update (look at the picture, I'm sorry it is in french). Know that the hard drive of my xbox is almost full (about 98%), so I guess I do not have the space needed on my xbox to do the update.Do
you know how to uninstall a game for Gain space, knowing that I do not have access to the home screen?

Lets try the following to see if you can reach that and are able to access the HomeScreen afterwards:

1) PowerCycle

- Press and hold the white Xbox Button on the Console until it shuts off.

- Unplug the power cable for around 2 minutes.

- Replug and Restart your Console. Try again.

If the error still occurs try the next step:

2) Reset

- Power off your console

- Unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

- Wait 30 seconds, then plug the power cord back in.

- Press and hold the BIND button (Xbox One: located on the left side of the console, Xbox One S: located on the front below the power button) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.

- Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

- The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

- On the Troubleshooter select "Reset" and when asked select the option to "Keep your Games and Apps".

Make sure you know your Email / Password combination of your Account before you do the Reset.

If the error still occurs try the next step:

3) Offline Update

- Perform the Offline Update as explainded here under "I need to Update my Console offline" Xbox One System Updates | Offline System Updates
