    Black Screen, HELP!!!


    Okay so I let my Xbox go through the newest update and once it was done I turned my Xbox off then I turned it back on, and it loaded up the Xbox one green screen then afterwards it went straight to a black screen and stayed like that.

    Fiddling around with display settings; screen has gone black with HDMI in corner and XB1 on.

    Hello! It's a dashboard problem. I've a similar issue and a lot of user, too. Hope that Microsoft works on a solution!

    Black Screen, HELP!!!

    try doing a hard reset by holding the power button on the front of the console until it turns off the unplug it from the outlet for a minute then plug back in and power back on and see if it loads up for you.

    ive changed hdmi cables and the cable is fine, I get the green xbox screen and then just a black screen at the end of it...no dashboard !!!!..i know its sending a signal because if I unplug hdmi cable the tv states no signal...

    Thanks for the help,but unfortunatly it didn't help me.This happened immidiently after the update.When it automatically turned on the "No signal" from the screen dissapeard but after 5 mn it showed up again.The Ring with Lights on xbox360 didn't turn on(except
    the middle one).
