black screen game wont play

Discus and support black screen game wont play in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; installed the game and went to play and a black screen came on my screen and went to the home screen cant play the game need help...     security proof error

    same as me...it took an hour or so for me to get online, and now my MW3 wont fricking play its just a black screen. i can play black ops and other online games and we had no warning of this. security proof my nuts, roll on PS4.

    No 21:9 support!!!

    The game wont run in the native 21:9 format of my screen and creates black bars att the side to compensate for the additional screen space. Please update it to let me play in 21:9 it would improve my experience so much.

    Sorry to hear it. First off, please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.
