    Hi everyone,

    have a problem with my XBOX One X.

    Recently bought a XBOX One X together with a Samsung UE43MU6179 4K HDR TV.

    So far everything is fine, good picture ... BUT ...

    While gaming the screen turns black for 1-3 seconds (audio keeps running) ... then the picture comes back in.

    Did some rechearch on the internet and found a lot of people with similar problems but very different TV models (Sony, Phillips, Shark, LG, Samsung).

    Found one solution stating that switching the console manually to HDMI connection within the video settings should help.

    Problem here is that the XBOX does not support 4K after manually choosing HDMI as output what is a little bit strange to me (source for that is XBOX support FAQ). So that wont work ...

    Anybody got the same problem and/or a solution?

    this 5 seconds power cycling didnt help ... so does the problem already exists on your brothers one or has he found a solution fort this?

    Still has the problem Xbox told him as well its more likely to be the TV and not the xone as the two zones he has both work fine on two other TVs he's has a Sony TV not sure what model he does have a post here about it he's name is Haynes 1515*

    1 or 2 second black screen.

    It only happens on browser. I mainly use my X1 for reading emails, reading news articles,shopping and visiting and posting on forums(thats why my thumbs now look like arnold swartzneggers legs)

    It happens on any site Im on really.
