Black Screen E100

So my xbone started to have this issue after the preview was installed. I have not powered on the console for over a year! Fans are spinning and I get and HDMi signal out. Tried OSUDT 1,2,3 the third one was the only one that worked but all I see is a tiny
green loading bar in the middle of the screen, but no console picture and no image saying preparing console like most people. After the restart goes to black screen. Waited for ten minutes and still got E100. The factory reset usb file pauses at 1/5 of the
way through the green bar and my console resets to E100 again.

Power cycling does not fix the issue.

I am extracting the zip files to the usb so only $SystemUpdate folder is there. Anything else I can do?

E100 Error - Bricked Console - XBox One Day One Edition

What do I do about this E100 error? Got my Day One edition from Amazon. Plugged it in and it went through the ~500MB update, restarted, hung on a black screen for about 1-2 minutes, and now it just displays "System Error - E100 0000703 80910002".

I put in a call back request for the customer support forums and there is a 296 minute wait time. So I'm in the middle of waiting for them to return my call.

Is there a known work-around or solution to this error?

I update my xbox one this morning and my screen went black but the system was still on. I have try everything to fix it. I have hook my xbox one up to a different tv, I have used a different hdmi wire. And it came on for a second and it came up with Error
code E100. What should I do really need help on this.

Sorry that solution did not work for you. I've seen where the OSUDT tool takes after a few tries. If Feared's solution doesn't work, and the
OSUDT doesn't work then your only option is to do a repair through the
Xbox Service Center.

 

Yeah it tried different files and the same file multiple times. But I did not even get the screen that the Xbox service center showed. So pretty sure the console is just borked I heard a NAND reflash can help but I do not have a backup of mine and that would
require opening the console anyway so its not worth it to me, easier to just send it in.

 

Just a PSA. If you did open your console the repair options would be out the window and you would be forced to just buy a new console outright. Sorry it's giving you issues, but hopefully a repair will keep it running till Xbox Two or 720 or whatever they
want to call it.
