    Black Screen/delay while changing games


    It's around a month and a half that my console is having a problem when I change from a game to an app or home or whatever. Every time I open or change or close a game, the transition shows a black screen/delay and even cuts the sound.

    I'm on Alpha Skip-Ahead and I know that preview updates could have bugs but it's a long time already and seems that apparantly nobody knows about this problem.
    Last month I mentioned this on Twitter so that someone could notice it too, but I think it's not the case (I reported the issue via Xbox report app too with video), It isn't even listed on the "Preview" website in the "issues section".

    I changed the resolution in the game settings and it worked for a while but then the screen went black again. Don’t know if it helps any but the game came with the console just had to put in a code to install it and it says the system is up to date

    "Video black level is defined as the level of brightness at
    the darkest (black) part of a visual image or the level of brightness at which no light is emitted from a screen, resulting in a pure
    black screen.

    You would have to go into your T.Vs settings to see what you can adjust.

    While you do not adjust it directly Brightness and contrast change the black levels.
