    Black screen, cant see my homescreen or access anything.


    Please help, from what I have been experiencing is xbox support being zero help! When I turn on my xbox all Im getting is a black screen where the home screen should be. I have no access to anything besides holding the xbox button on the controller which
    will allow me to turn it off and that is it.

    Have you power cycled the console?

    Have you tried booting in troubleshooting mode?

    Power on your Xbox while holding the sync and eject buttons.

    Keep holding both buttons until you see the troubleshooting menu.
