Black screen before Xbox logo

Hey there really need help, i was playing on my xbox one the other night turned it of the normal way by the controller To find I went to go on it the next morning and switched it on its just a black screen before the green logo one... it stays black for
about 10minuets then goes to the green Xbox logo screen, then stays on that screen for about an hour and comes up with contact Xbox support and the error code E200 000000EF 00000000... I have contacted them and they werent very helpful... I have tried every
way possible and haven't found a solution can someone help please??? Only had it 1 year 5 months and really cannot aford a new one or to get it repaired for £90 :/

Xbox One boot up question

I've noticed that my console does not boot up the same as it used to. Normally when I turned it on the console starts on the Green Screen, then goes briefly to a black screen with the white xbox logo right in the center, and then finally to the dashboard.

Before: Green Screen > Black Screen (w/ xbox logo) > dashboard

Now: Green Screen > Black Screen (NO xbox logo) > dashboard

This sequence is mostly unchanged except that white xbox logo on a black screen is gone. Screen still goes briefly black before the dashboard, but no logo.

I've checked with a friend and he still gets that logo. We're both on OS Version 6.2.13332.0, and power-saver mode.

Is this something I should be concerned about? The console is otherwise functional, but my console got the green screen of death a few months ago, and the same thing more recently. I fixed it both times with the offline factory reset tool but then I noticed
that white logo no longer showed up during the booting sequence.

Any help appreciated.

 

Xbox One stuck on black screen after boot up

I am Having the same issues... I get the XBOX ONE logo and the a black screen.

Sometimes the Logo just stays on the screen.

Try hard resetting your Xbox by holding the power button on front of the Xbox until it turns off then unplug the Xbox for 5-10 mins.

If that doesn't work click the link above and follow that advice and you might get some joy!

 

I have tried everything, When I use the offline tool thing I never get the 2 beeps not with any of the files... Tbh I think is so ruined and it's not even my fault! How Microsoft can get away with it I really don't know! Absolute rip off!! Paid £400 at the
time and I didn't pay for it to sit there like a brick!! Sorry for ranting and appreciate your help
