    Hi,

    I'm starting my Xbox One but the screen stays black.

    No matter the procedure used, nothing changes.

    I tried to change the HDMI cable, another slot on TV and all the procedures of reboot, nothing worked.

    XBOX One Black screen of death.

    I'm now experiencing what appears to be the same issue as Terrell Watson. My xbox had started behaving glitchy and slow for the past week or so. Then today at start up my Xbox One was stuck at the green loading screen for 10 plus minutes before the screen
    went black. My Xbox One then hung on a blank black screen forever sometimes displaying an icon for a few seconds before going completely black again.

    Your Xbox might be broken. I would contact someone from Microsoft to find out the problem or ship the Xbox to Microsoft and get it either repaired or replaced.

    hi,

    Like i said, i tried a different cable, and my TV is working fine. My PS4 works well and i tried to use two differents cables, 2 differents slots of HDMI on the TV, nothing worked

    Update: Screen went black, I think Xbox auto shut off. When I turned it back on It looks as though it was starting up normally but now it's stuck on the Xbox One start up screen.
