Black screen as soon as I turn it on

I turned on my Xbox one about a week ago and there was a black screen only. Tried to hard reset by holding down the power button. Yesterday I contacted support about the issue. I spoke with two different people, who were both helpful and willing to help,
but after a few hours can to the conclusion that I had to download the offline update to a flash drive. While all this was happening, I had to constantly unplug and plug in my HDMI cable to see where I was. The screen kept freezing and both my controllers
would not work ( wireless and wired). I plugged in the flash drive while at the troubleshoot screen and was still unable to click on update. I initiated a factory reset, but the system wouldn't let me sign into my account. I contacted support again and they
couldn't really help. After the system reset I was unable to go into my setting to check the update. All I could do was sit on the ease of access icon. Support said that I would have to send my Xbox in for fixing. It would cost me $115-$135. I have decided
to use it as target practice and switch to Sony products.

Just to be sure, have you been through
this guide for screen freezing issues? What exactly have you tried so far? Let's be sure to remove the hard drive and all accessories (headsets, capture card/PVR) too, and start the console without them attached.

1’ blackscreen despite power button is light.

2’ smartglass cannot detect this xbox

4’ well this console still allow you eject your disk
