Black screen and won't load

    Black screen and won't load


    I started up my game. The Xbox 360 logo comes on to the screen and then it turns to a black screen were it would normaly begin loading the game but all I get is a split second of game sound and then silence. I have so far concluded that there is nothing
    wrong with the game disk. Has any one else had this problem?

    Black screen

    Green start up screen takes abnormally long to load and it always loads me to a black screen. The guide won't open and ive hard restarted it multiple times

    Hey there Little Devil!

    What game is this happening with? Does this happen with all your Xbox 360 Backward Compatible games? Does the disc work in another console, either Xbox 360 or Xbox One? Do you have a friend that has a disc copy that you can test to see if it works? If that
    works, that would indicate there may be an issue with your disc.

    One of the things you can try as well is to clear your Xbox 360 local storage. Here's how you do that:

    >Open the left sidebar

    >Scroll to Settings

    >All Settings

    >Storage

    >Clear local Xbox 360 Storage

    If you can give us more information we're happy to troubleshoot things more! Black screen and won't load :)
