Black Screen After Load Forza 7 Windows 10 Game Pass

I have a question. I have a Dell G5 5500 with Windows 10 Core I7 16 gb Ram 1tb ssd drive. Geforce rtx 2700. I decided to try the Xbox games you can play anywhere. I thought i would try Forza 7 and installed the Ultimate with all the packs since i already own on Xbox. The problem i run into is the game will start and i see the loading screen and hear sound. When the game loads, i see a black screen with white dashes and every couple seconds i can see the game in the background. It is almost like there is something running in front of it but there isnt. I can hear the sound of the game and if i could see it would be able to play. I uninstalled restarted and reinstalled with no luck. Any help would be appreciated. I did try the companion app streaming from my xbox and that works great. I would like the play it anywhere when i can. My pc is up to date

Thank you for the response. I checked this and checked for updates and found a couple updates for drivers. I also downloaded NFS Heat which is a pC version in this case but on Game Pass. My hope was to continue that game but because it isn’t a play anywhere game would need to start from scratch. It works flawlessly on the highest graphics settings. Any other ideas on Forza 7? I appreciate the help. The only ones that show play anywhere I own are Forza 7 and the Forza Horizon games. I haven’t tried those yet as don’t want to fill up the drive on my new computer lol

So I tried something else as on the Forza forum somewhere someone suggested deactivated the onboard gpu and only using the NVidia. I did this for Forza and found that it was doing it automatically so I thought I would change to high performance for this game. This did not make any difference. Again everything is now up to date as well. Sorry to keep posting but this was just another idea but any other suggestions would be great.

just turned Forza 7 on and I have the same problem. Tried turning console off and turning power off at the mains. But as soon as I try again loads for about 10 seconds then just a black screen and sound only. I am in the UK is this all over or just in the
UK.
