    Black screen after closing a game.


    Have had my xbox black screen 7 or 8 times now when closing a game, which leaves me having to fully power down the xbox every time it happens, since the latest update. I have filled out the report a problem already. Anyone else having this issue?

    Edit: in the beta ring, forgot to include.

    Latest Xbox update causes black dashboard...

    yes mostly get it after closing down edge also have to use guide button to make black screen to also sometimes does after closing game down but only last a few seconds

    Well I should have mentioned that it doesn't close on its own. It just sits there on the screen. If I wait long enough the screen goes black sometimes, but that's it. No error code, no crashing. Just a the initial loading screen, or a black screen sometime
    after.

    I cannot control the dashboard anymore.

    After a few hours gaming when i close the game i just get a black screen. The guide button works but to fix the dashboard i have to do a restart of the console

    Close the app and type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically, after that try to log into the Microsoft Store again.
