    Black Screen after 5/24 update - Xbox One


    Alpha Skip ahead - Xbox One.

    After today's update it boots up and goes to a black screen. Holding the xbox button allows me to turn off/restart. I attempted reporting but it just sits there "collecting information.

    I also fully powered off the console. I guess next step is Factory reset so i'll try that next.
