Black panther 4K UHD DVD problem

Does it not recognize the disc? Whats happening? Do you have any other UHD discs to try?

depends which xbox one you have

The original xbox one doesn't support uhd

Only xbox one S and xbox one X support it

Also you need a hdmi 1.3 or higher cable (gold plated ) and yes the end of the cable affects termination

If you are going to play movies via DVD, Blu Ray or 4k UHD Blu Ray, yes.

Can you first try going into the
Disc And Blu Ray setting and try clearing the persistent storage to see if this helps at all. After this can you try following the

audio troubleshooter.

Also is this problem only affecting this one 4K disc? If it is only affecting one disc I would first be inclined to get the disc swapped to eliminate this as a possible cause.
