black ops2 season pass

the season pass is on discount this week...i've been trying to get it but i keep getting the same message on console and on the website- your purchase cannot be completed try again later...for the past 5 days i've been trying to connect with support but
the chat is not working for me either...i keep waiting in the chat session for 10,20 30 minutes but nothing happens,chat doesn't start so i close it and try again-with the same result...wtf?

and yes i already tried to clear my cache for like milion times-same result.

the thing is- season pass is supposed to be an offer for ALL gold members...but here's the thing-those that dont live in UK or US-sorry guys we were just kidding...i'm seriously mad...

i need help with this one-anyone care to help?

Xbox one Question

Lets say I buy black ops 2 season pass and upgrade my black ops 2 game into a xbox one version will I keep the season pass?

 

Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor / Season Pass

I helped someone try to finish installing the season pass for Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor by uninstalling the season pass for Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag and than the installation for Mordor's season pass finished, but when we tried reinstalling the
season pass for Black Flag that had the same issue. Thank you Achilles TB for the fix!
