Black Ops won't work when signed in to Live

Been having issues with several games; Minecraft (game just WOULDN'T load), Halo4 (takes forever to load). Tried everything, clearing cache, deleting/downloading profiles etc... Not sure if this has anything to do with my current issue, but I did get Minecraft
to work again...not sure how. It began with the disappearance of our profiles.

Bought my kid black ops the other day and the game works fine as long as you're not signed in to a profile. The SECOND you sign in to live the game just goes grey and freezes....nothing happens...until you sign out, then it starts right back up again. WTH?????



Connection is fine, not a single corrupt file on the console. I'm losing my patience. Everything is up to date and ready to go.

Another note, I removed the HDD from the system and it won't let me download my profiles onto internal 4G memory. I tried that because I thought maybe it had to do with the HDD failing.

URGH!!!!!!!!!

Can't sign in on Xbox One to play 360 games

When I try to play Black Ops 2 on Xbox One, it won't let me sign into the account on 360 and says you must be signed into Xbox live to play online but I am signed into Xbox live so I don't know what to do

Okay Mistress, Black Ops three works fine in multiplayer mode so it seems to be just the Black Ops that won't work in multi.

 

Hmmm.... You could be onto something there with the HDD, I can't say I've seen this before (the game not working when signed in), but quite possibly the save file might be corrupted? Did you go through your storage and check?

Also, you can't use the internal memory like that, you can however format a USB to work as your storage device, give that a go:
