Black Ops Trial Expired and Blackout Trial Errors

Although preseason was accessible with zombies, multiplayer, and campaign all active, the season one update resulted in the blackout trial error, and after the 12/16 update, a new trial expired error that restricts all access to the game. I have proof
of purchase yet for going on 2 weeks I have been unable to play. I have contacted xbox support multiple times as well as activision, and have found that this was a result of xbox server issues that evidently have not been repaired. I'm tired of being told
to be patient and to have a great rest of my day by unhelpful support agents, I want to know what xbox is doing to fix these issues and refund players for this ongoing inconvenience?
