    Hi, anyone know if i would be eligible for a refund on COD black ops?

    I cant play the game as id like to due to it crashing and even completely shutting my xbox down on several occasions! (Im playing on one x)

    also the sniper reticules dont display properly making using sniper rifles almost impossible. Seems like the game was rushed and just pushed out before it was ready

    Cheers for the reply, did you manage to get it refunded? Im not sure ill be able to after checking the policy as im outside of the 14 days- but to me its an unfinished product and shouldnt even be available in the store until its fixed!! I might just try

    If you go to you Microsoft account, you will see the orders page and select the game for refund. I have the same issue on series x, but I had the game purchased for me. Cod has a horrible bug, but has yet to be addressed by any company.

    Call the xbox support 8004699269. Only thing that sucks is you have to be on a wait list, they call then you can explain the situation. They should refund, I don't see how a game that shuts off the system, unfinished, would not qualify. Good luck đź‘Ť
