Black Ops - Not Connected To Live

When I try to go onto Multiplayer on Black Ops, it says that I am not connected to Xbox Live (only on the 360 emulator part). However I am still talking to my friends in party chat on the xbox one.

Any ideas?

This problem an wont let me play black ops 3 either an GTA 5

 

that is usually an installation error with the 360 components. I would try reinstalling just that game first, but if that fails, go to Storage and clear the 360 storage (removes only the 360 content) and then reinstall them fresh.

 

Tried the suggested fixes, didnt work. Now when it says I have to download my 360 profile it still says I am not connected to live, then to test my connection. But when I do it works perfectly with Open nat etc.

Have you tried a factory reset of your console? You can now do it without losing all your games and apps. Just go to Settings-System-Console Info & Updates-Reset. Make sure to choose Keep my Games and Apps. Try that out and let me know how it goes.
