Black Ops - Disconnected from XBL

Hello,

I started playing Black Ops on my Xbox One a yesterday. The problem is I keep getting disconnected from Xbox Live (only from the 360 Live, One Live seems to work perfect) after 15-20 minutes I start playing. My internet seems to have no problems as I don't
have any problems with One games.

I also play NBA Jam and am having the same problem, which did not exist before.

My NAT is open, and I have a static IP assigned to Xbox One. I know that it's not a connection problem. My router moden is NetMASTER CBW-383Z4, if it helps.

constantly getting disconnected from parties with no warning but i do net get disconnected from multi player games eg ark black ops 3 minecraft

 

Black Ops Connection Problems

Are you unable to connected to or being disconnected from LIVE when using Black Ops, or are you unable to connect to the Black Ops servers?

 

I have gotten this issue before, I solved this by recovering my account on the Xbox 360 Emulator, so when you start an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One, press the pause and select button at the same time to open up the Xbox 360 Guide, also make sure you aren't
signed in so it will give you the options to select a profile, or download a profile. Re-Download your profile, enter your credentials, and it should solve the issue.
