Black ops deleted...

I recently purchased Black ops 3 for the 360 and noticed it also comes with a code for the full black ops game(first one). I used the code and downloaded black ops; however, a few days later, the game has been deleted from the hard drive and I've been looking
for a way to download it again. Is it possible to get the game back?

Why was my last thread deleted that I made about Black Ops 2?

 

disconnecting every 5 minutes from xbox live

removed the hard drive and put it back in, deleted system update and redownloaded it, zero scratches on the disc, deleted all black ops 2 DLC and installation on hard drive, then reinstalled the game to hard drive

load up black ops 2 after all this and disconnected 5 minutes later (disconnected from xbox live, sign in status changed)

 

Sorry to hear it. If you are posting with the gamertag that the game was originally purchased on then just head to Settings>Accounts>Download History and redownload the game from there.

 

I already tried that, unfortunately the game isn't listed in there. I guess there's no way getting it back huh?

 

Thanks for the info. If the game is not listed where I mentioned then it must have been added from a different account. Please double check all accounts that you have on the console or have used recently.
