Black Ops: Cold War/ Treyarch Issues

Hi, recently I have gotten the Xbox Series X and later on, Cold War for the console. However, it seems that I have recurring luck with Treyarch developed games. With Black Ops 3, every time I had it downloaded on my Xbox One console, the system would run poorly, with the dashboard and other functions taking minutes at a time to load. After a while, I deleted the game and everything began to run smoothly again. I am almost sure that the game was the source of the issue, as I downloaded the game again to play zombies with a friend of mine, ns the system began to chug.

These games have not been kinder to me on the xbox series x. When playing Cold War, the game ran fine for about the first week of play, but afterwards, it seems that the game will not let me play without crashing every couple minutes. The one day I played for about an hour and have had 6 crashes in that time. I have tried every troubleshooting method that the activision support site has, and none of these have worked. Even after contacting their support, they have not notified me of a solution to the issue more than a month after I reached out to them.

Does anyone know if the issue is something on my end? Or something that is maybe linked to my account causing these issues?
