    Black ops Cold War not showing up in my games and apps + says I need to buy it


    As the title says Black Ops Cold War is not in my games and apps and the xbox store is saying i do not own the game. I pre ordered the game and played it up till around a month ago when i uninstalled it for space, and now it is simply not there. I have hours in the game and it will be in my purchase history.

    I have just checked my purchase history and it’s not there anymore, this is absolutely outrageous. I BOUGHT THE GAME! Honestly this makes no sense, literally like 1 month after the game released there is a charge from me buying cod points for the game to get the AK-47 skin that made it a rocket, why or even how could I do that if I didn’t own the game?

    You may need to follow the steps below:

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 1

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 2

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 3

    Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - Content Pack 4

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.
