    Black Ops Cold War Missing Content Fix - Was Unplayable


    Hi all.

    I know a lot of people including myself have been unable to play Cold War since the Blackout Trial bug, but I have finally found a fix which I cannot believe I didn’t do sooner.

    I got so excited when it worked that I had to share with everyone because I have been so frustrated with not being able to play the game.

    Basically, there are 4 content packs to install. For many players these aren’t appearing on your Manage Game and Add Ons screen. To fix this, simply search Content Pack 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the store and install them all. Within 30 seconds you will have them
    all installed and immediately have full access to the game again.

    Sine this is a physical disc game, simply search the content packs directly on Microsoft Store. Here you go:

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    First, make sure that you're signed in under the correct account where the game was purchased.

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and then locate the transaction for the game. Once confirmed that it is showing from there, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Make sure that these packs are installed:
