Unfortunately, playing Campaign or Single Player offline on Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is impossible because of the game's use of texture streaming technology across all game modes. Activision has decided not to have the game offline to deliver the highest-quality visuals while also reducing the game’s overall storage space on your hard drive.

Just installed update from microsoft and update for black ops 2. Still the same problem !!!

The flash drive will work pretty much exactly the same as a hard drive would. You can play Black Ops online and download any additional maps to the flash drive just as if a real hard drive was present. There are a small number of titles that do require
a real hard drive though, but Black Ops is not one of them.
