Black ops 4

Why does Microsoft say that the payment couldn't be authorised today October 5th when I pre ordered it 4 months ago and it was fine then. Am I being ripped off?

Please just make sure you're signed into your email linked to your Xbox account and that the game is available for Xbox before you make the purchase.

yes I've noticed it started happening with black ops 3 before I bought black ops 4

When it comes to pre-orders, you are charged in the days leading up to the full release, hence why the system tried charging your account today.

 

Then for some reason you don't have enough money on your creditcard to pay for the pre orderd game because if you pay with creditcard your charged around 1 week before the release and if you pay with money on your account then you payed for the game the
day you pre orderd it
