im having nerve racking issue with my xbox one. ive gotten another disc, restarted, resetted, deleted reinstalled, i even got my sister to sign on my account on her xbox & it didnt work shes in another state but when shes on her account it works. its
not my disc reader because every other disc works & its not the disc ive exchanged it twice. been like this since sunday it was fine friday & saturday. itll let me play zombies & blackout. cant use specialist hq, multiplayer mode without it kicking me to homescreen.
im just about over it. please tell me im not the only one & itll be fixed somehow with an update!!!?

Have you tried to clear the cache with the
power cycle system? Press and hold the power button for 10 secs and try again. It's probably only due to corrupt cached data.

 

yes ive done that so many times someone told me it might be corrupted file in the update but i dont know what else to delete & that update was huge already other than that its a lot of lost of connection on zombies. it is just i dont know what else to
do

Honestly it sounds like a bug with the installation. I would not only delete and re-install the game but perform a full power cycle on the console as well as modem.

 

The most correct solution would be to reinstall the game. Before, you can try to delete the profile from the console and to re-download it again, the issue can also depend on that.

 

ive deleted the game & reinstalled it already so i did deletingn the profile didnt work either. also ive tried different disc & consoles my profile seems to not want to play multiplayer for some reason because it wouldnt load on my profile through my sisters
xbox but would load on her profile on her xbox.

Oops, try to check your
privacy settings and verify that the "Join multiplayer games" (Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety) option is set to "Allow".

Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue, but thanks for bringing it to our attention.

If you seem to be experiencing problems with this just this game, I would first make sure that your network is set up alright. Make sure your NAT type is Open as outlined on

Network settings on Xbox One.

If that is set up the right way, then I would follow the steps outlined on our Game troubleshooting page entitled “My Xbox One game won’t start
or freezes during gameplay” as that helps with a number of gameplay issues besides freezing.

Lastly, if those steps still don't work, then I would go ahead and do what we call a soft factory reset.
It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting step for most issues.

Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

Also make sure that you select the option denoted
reset and keep my games and apps.

• Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps. This will save you from downloading
  or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
  Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
  Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.
  • Note: Please make sure to know your account credentials (email/password) for your Microsoft account before doing this step.

You might want to uninstall the game and redownload it all
