Black ops 4 (xbox one x)

Hey, is anyone else having a problem with there xbox one x after downloading and playing black ops 4 for a bit since the new update...my problem is that ive factory reset my xbox about 4 times now nd reinstalled my digital version of call of duty id be
able to play for a bit then the game will get all laggy and just complety crash, i go to click on the game again and it says the corrupted error and soon enough my xbox home screen will start getting all wacky and i would try an hard reset upon startup i will
get the system error ..and forced to hard reset or factory reset....meanwhile just today i factory reset and downloaded just netflix and smite ...i watched netflix for and few hours left my xbox running and played smite for a few hours..no problems at all...anybody
else..or anything that can help?

Xbox one x and black ops 4

Hello therr has anyone notice black ops 4 runs bad on xbox one x someone on twitter is having the same isue as me it lags alot and i get a very high ping and screen tearing i troubleshooted this and put call of duty Ww2 in and had no issues what so ever
on that same for gta and destiny 2 just black ops 4

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist with the issue, it looks like the Xbox One X is currently experiencing some issues when running Call of Duty Black ops 4. After performing the factory reset on the console it would appear that you are no longer
experiencing these issues. But once you download Black ops 4 I would like to know if you are still experiencing these issues. It looks like there was an update recently to the game. Here is the link to the

Patch Notes. I think that the download files may have gotten corrupt and that's what caused the issue. I hope this information helped fix the issue, if not please let us know.

Hey thanks for the reply..im working on my fourth factory restart for this game at the moment actually... the game is still in progress of downloading at the moment but i am able to play black out perfectly fine...but everytime (the first , second, third
factory reset and reinstall of black ops 4) ive ben having the same problem

We suggest, if it hasn't already been done, check out our
Network Connection Error page on our website. Since this could be coming from the Network's side. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes so we can get this issue squared away!!

 

It will install and start up..and hour or 2 later it will crash and corrupt and mess my whole xbox one x up

I've gone over this thread and all the replies to get a good idea of what's going on. Now, by any chance have you attempted to sign in with your profile to any other Xbox and play the game to see if the issue persists? It could fully narrow down what the
main issue would be.

Well i do one another xbox one 1st gen ...and i gameshare on that xbox and black ops gives that one no problem,

 

this messed up my xbox as well

factory reset wont work

gamesave keep getting corrupted

i think gamesharing is the reason behind this

mine is game sharing with other xbox it seem to work perfectly there but not on mine

maybe its time for your xbox to get repair

Thanks for the fast response. Do you have them both connected wirelessly to the wi-fi? or wired? Now, there are some occasions where a router cant support two consoles, and it causes a few issues within social and gaming connection. Have you ever tried to
port forward your router with the 7 suggested ports for the Xbox One?

If not I would suggest to try to open the following ports:

• Port 88 (UDP)
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 80 (TCP)
• Port 500 (UDP)
• Port 3544 (UDP)
• Port UDP 4500 (UDP)

I recommend using
Portforward.com this website will help you sign on to your router settings (if info available) and it guides you on how to port forward.

im having the same issue with my xbox one. ive gotten another disc, restarted, resetted, deleted reinstalled, i even got my sister to sign on my account on her xbox & it didnt work shes in another state but when shes on her account it works. its not my
disc reader because every other disc works & its not the disc ive exchanged it twice. been like this since sunday it was fine friday & saturday. itll let me play zombies & blackout. cant use specialist hq, multiplayer mode without it kicking me to homescreen.
im just about over it.

Based on everything that's been said and recommended on this thread, I think your next option should be contacting the developers for assistance. Especially since this seems to only happen with Black Ops 4. Here is the developers support site :
