black ops 4 wont install someone help pls!!!!!!!!!!!

We suggest you try a
Power Cycle on your console by doing the following:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
   
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
   Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
   
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

why are some map not working on Black ops, I have been trying to play Hazard and it just freezes. try redownloading it and the samething. someone pls help me

Same here and i'm getting really frustrated. i justs want to play my game, tried updating black ops 4 and it said installation stopped so i uninstalled and reinstalled, now the game wont even install.
