Black ops 4 pre order

i pre ordered black ops 4 deluxe edition and i go to download it, but it tells me i have to buy it again? i already spent 100$, if i have to buy it again im taking my xbox and smashing it and buying a ps4.

this is the account i pre ordered it on and i went to my purchase history, it says it was declined. but how was i able to play both betas if it was declined and it took the money out of my bank account? no offence sir but im getting frustrated with this.

 

Hey bud thanks for the reply! So what happens is If you used account credit only to

pre-order your game, your balance will be taken immediately. If you used a credit card, or split your payment between credit card and account balance, you will be charged around 10 days before the game launches.
So the betas were accessible because at the time the order was "processing" once it was declined the license is revoked so then it will not work.
